FRAM 6th Annual 6v6 Holiday Tournament

FRAM Soccer Club will again host it’s Annual 6v6 Holiday tournament for U7-U10 boys and girls. 
The tournament will be held at the spectacular Nansen Field in Rolling Hills Estates.

$150 Per Team & referee volunteer

AYSO players are invited to participate in a fun tournament consisting of short-sided games For U10 players the tournament is a great way of preparing players for the upcoming AYSO Select and playoff soccer seasons.  The AYSO philosophy at the Section, Area, and National level encourages play outside your region.  Authorization from your AYSO Regional Commissioner is not required.  Insurance will be provided by the Tournament.

Start looking for your players now.  Teams can be formed by any coach or parent.  The number of players on the teams range from 6 to 10.  Players that are currently playing on a Club team are not eligible to participate.  Club Academy or Development teams may be accepted and placed in a separate flight, but players cannot currently be registered with a Club team. 
 
Acceptance will be on a first come first serve basis.  Be sure to register early as some age groups filled up last year.

Registration and payment for tournament will be done online.

Coaches for the younger existing and new FRAM teams that will be forming in late Winter 2012
will be at the tournament to scout for players for their teams.
 
 
TOURNAMENT FORMAT 
  • Team check-in on the Thursday night before your play date is required (not players, just a team representative)
  • 6 v 6 players (including goalie) on small sided fields
  • Each team is to provide a volunteer/parent referee - referees eat free at the snack stand -  this is mandatory
  • U10 teams should consist of Select (All-star) caliber players to maintain competition level
  • Maximum roster size is 10 players
  • Numbered uniforms, t-shirts or pinnies are required
  • Each team will play a minimum of 3 games
  • Medals will be given to Champions & Finalists place teams
  • All players participating will receive a tournament t-shirt
  • Bouncers or other entertainment will be available for younger siblings
  • Back up dates in the event weather requires cancellation are TBD.
  • Recreational Teams Only (No CYSA or club players allowed)
  • Club Academy or Development teams may be accepted - a separate flight will be created for these teams

FRAM TEAMS WILL BE SPONSORING A SNACK STAND AT THE FIELD
