Callum is the FRAM Girls Youth Coordinator for the GU9 – U12 program. He will be responsible for coaching both the girls GU10 A and B teams for the 2010/11 season as well as overseeing the development of the GU9 and GU11 teams. Callum will also be working with a GU8 Academy Team throughout the year to provide a stepping stone from the FRAM Youth Academy to Competitive club soccer. 
 
He began coaching in his hometown of Greenock, Scotland in 2002 where he trained and eventually became Head Coach of a U21  Mens team. Prior to coaching Callum played at professional and semi-professional clubs in Scotland and also represented the Scottish School of Sport in Europe. Callum has been coaching soccer full time in the U.S since 2005, working with clubs, academies and development programs as well as being Girls Varsity Head Coach in North Hollywood. Callum is currently Regional Director of Coaching and Operations for North American Soccer Camps.

Callum will be focusing on the technical development of the individual and creating an attacking mind set. He believes that in order to maximize players potential, we must create a positive atmosphere where players enjoy playing, have the confidence to make their own decisions and are able to express themselves on the field.
