The team traveled to Cerritos over the Memorial weekend and were successful bringing home the trophy in its third consecutive tournament. Playing in their toughest tournament todate their bracket included 2 Silver teams (one of whom will be Silver Elite next year, the Silver Elite - So Cal Blues (Kale) and the #3 team from Arizona, Sereno White.  Winning its bracket scoring 8 and only conceeding 1 goal it then faced a strong West Coast FC United team (SE next year)in the Final. In a tough defensive struggle the girls prevailed 1-0. Many, thanks to Ashley Hughes and Shelby Barnes from our sister team assisting in our success and all the parents who support the girls.
