GU14 White pulled out a three-peat at the Irvine Winter Classic January 10th and 11th.  The girls were undefeated for the third year in a row, this year accumulating 12 goals for and giving up only one. Both offense and defense dominated all weekend long.

The championship game pitted the girls against a very determined Crescenta Valley team.  A close game to the end, the win was capped off by a thrilling last minute goal.   With two minutes to go Fram led 1-0, when Cresenta Valley was awarded a corner kick.  Determined not to give up the ball, CV pulled their goalie.  Fram  battled for and won the ball on the corner, sending it to the lone forward at the midline.  As the goalie raced back to her goal, Fram booted the ball.  Fram won the  ensuing footrace to the ball, and tapped it into the net, securing the top spot for the third year in a row.  Way to go!
