Men's Head Coach (Interim)                                                                                           

2018: California State University Dominguez Hills                                       

Took over a program that had lost it's long standing coach. With that said, the program had only 8 players on the roster so it needed to be rebuilt in a matter of weeks. Finished ninth in the CCAA conference  placing one player on the All Conference Team

Men’s and Women’s Assistant Soccer Coach
2002 – 2008: California State University Dominguez Hills.
Responsible for recruitment, budgeting, scouting, ordering gear, scheduling, for the Men and Women’s soccer programs.
Professionally conduct practice with organized and purposeful direction applying proper tactics and drills to expand the knowledge of the student athletes preparing them athletically to compete at the collegiate level. Create off–season work out plans that include:  weight training, nutrition and conditioning. Responsible for recruitment for the Men and Women’s soccer programs. Professionally conduct practice with organized and purposeful direction applying proper tactics and drills to expand the knowledge of the student athletes preparing them athletically to compete towards the next collegiate or professional level. Guide and counsel student athletes towards a degree. Actively participate in the community outreach programs for youths and adults. Provide and formulate an off-season workout plan that includes: Philosophy  in nutrition and dieting.

(2007- Current) Palos Verdes High School Girl’s Coach  
Program Director-Professionally conduct practice with organized and purposeful direction applying proper tactics and drills to expand the knowledge of the student athletes preparing them athletically to compete towards the next collegiate level. Use motivation to instill success in athletes. Apply understanding of the role of athletics in a highly competitive academic environment. Employ strong teaching, and coaching skills to benefit program as a whole. Use a unique ability to build and maintain positive relationships with student-athletes, staff, and alumni. Exhibit the highest professional standards and ethical behavior with regard to adherence to National Federation of State High Schools (NHFS) and California Interscholastic Federation-Southern Section (CIF-SS).

Took over a program that had always been coed, so 2005 was the first season playing girls only. Won the school's first League Championship in 2006 going undefeated at 8-0. Clinched the school's first ever appearance in the CIF Playoffs. Was voted Harbor league coach of the Year for 2006


Club Coaching Experience

2000-2010: Palos Verdes Soccer Club
Boys and Girls Club Coach  

Responsible for the player development with Girl’s and Boy’s ages 9 – 18 years old. Conduct Technical sessions for Girl’s and Boy’s ages 9 – 18 years. He implement and oversaw tactical and technical training for multiple team in his time with PVSC.  In Sean's 10 years at PVSC, he helped grow from just 8 teams to a club of over 30, created the first Small Sided teams and program for the club in its history all while coaching multiple teams in that period.

2011- Current: Fram Soccer Club
Director of Coaching and Youth Director

Responsible for all aspects of the club’s structure and Coaches Education. Responsible for the player development with Girl’s and Boy’s ages 8 – 19 years old.Conduct Technical sessions for Girl’s and Boy’s ages 8 – 19 years. Implement and Overseeing tactical and technical training. Responsible for hiring coaches for all teams in the club.. Aid in recruitment of new teams/players for the whole club. In addition to directing the club, he also coaches multiple teams and has for all of his tenure at Fram. His 2003 Boys team were crowned State Cup Open Champs (President's Division) for the 2019 tournament. They went undefeated and beat Apple Valley Storm in the final, 2-0. Sean is one of the longest standing coaches at Fram Soccer Club, with 10 years at the club. In those 10 years, his teams have always progressed on and players have gone on to further there soccer ambitions at the collegiate level.

Playing Experience:

High School and Club Soccer

1993-1997: Palm Springs High School. Four year starter for the Varsity program. Scored 104 goals in 4 season at Palm Springs High. First team All CIF in 1996 and 1997. Desert Valley League player of the Year 1996 and 1997. First team All Desert Valley League 1995-1997. For club soccer, Sean played for Claremont Stars Soccer Club from 93-97. In that time, they won two National Cup finals for the state of California, 1996 and 1997. Sean was an integral part of the team and was ultimately recruited by over 100 colleges all over the country.  

Collegiate Soccer

1997-1998: Sacramento State University-Attended on a full athletic scholarship
1997: Led team in Goals (5) and points (11) as a True Freshman 
1998: Started all 22 games. 3 goals and 3 assists as a Sophomore

2000-A League's Orange County Wave in 2000. That season Sean played as an amateur thus keeping his college eligibility in tact.

Semi-Pro and Amateur

2006- Current: Played for Doxa Italia who won numerous State Tournaments and All Star Cups and also qualified for the U.S.Open Cup soccer tournament. When Doxa Italia merged with Hollywood United, they qualified for the prestigious U.S.Open Cup in 2008. There magical run in the tournament was highlighted by knocking off the Portland Timbers 3-2, in Portland. Sean currently plays for Fram's over 40 team, Fram Masters.
