11/13/2025
FRAM Soccer Club is proud to announce the appointment of Liam Delury as the club’s new Girls Youth Director, effective immediately.

Delury brings a modern, holistic, and player-first approach to youth development. With a strong background in curriculum design, coach education, and long-term player pathway development, he will oversee all programming, coaching standards, and player experience across the girls’ youth age groups.

“We are thrilled to welcome Liam into this leadership role,” said Sean Lockhart, FRAM Technical Director. “His energy, vision, and commitment to building a connected, aligned program will elevate the experience for every player and every team. I’m excited to work alongside him as we continue integrating the youth and older girls’ pathways into one united direction for our club.”
As Girls Youth Director, Delury will focus on strengthening the club’s technical identity, enhancing communication with families, and ensuring all players — from emerging young athletes to competitive Girls Academy teams — have a clear and supported developmental journey.

“We believe Liam is the perfect addition to our staff at this time,” said Sean Lockhart. “His leadership will play a critical role in shaping our next generation of players and supporting our coaches with the tools and standards needed to maximize growth.”

Liam has already begun working with teams (2015 Pre-GA and 2016 Pre-GA), coaches, and families and will be transitioning into head coaching roles within the U12 (2014/2015) Pre-GA and U11 (2015/2016) Pre-GA programs for the 2026/2027 season.

FRAM Soccer Club looks forward to the positive impact Liam will bring as the club continues to invest in the long-term success of its players and community.
